Sonus Faber Sonetto I G2 is the smallest and most compact model in the new Sonetto G2 series. Here you get the sublime 1.1" Damped Apex Dome and a completely new 5" bass/midrange bookshelf speaker with a Camelia-patterned surround that delivers a large and immersive soundstage that defies the physical size of the Sonetto I G2. In smaller rooms, the Sonetto I G2 can easily be used as a stand-alone speaker, but if you have a larger room, you simply need to add a good subwoofer to fill it with the most wonderful sound.

Standing waves in the cabinet introduce distortion and a loss of energy, which is one of the biggest obstacles to perfect sound reproduction.

Natural midrange – Camelia-patterned surround for perfect reproduction

The bass/midrange driver of the Sonetto I G2 has a unique Camelia-patterned surround that not only adds visual elegance, but also helps reduce interference and improve sound dispersion. The driver consists of a paper-pulp sandwich structure, ensuring precise and dynamic bass response. It is mounted in an organic basket that is optimal for airflow.

Sonus Faber's Intono technology also eliminates unwanted frequencies and distortions inside the cabinet, resulting in a quieter cabinet and improved sound quality. Implemented in the Sonetto I and II, the Intono technology sits between the bass reflex port and the internal acoustic chamber, ensuring cleaner and more precise sound reproduction.
