At Lydspecialisten, you can try all our products at home for 30 days with a full right of return. This gives you plenty of time to assess whether the product is right for you.

The return period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of return when you shop with us. For items such as in-ear headphones, cartridges, and turntables, the assessed loss in value resulting from the item having been used will be deducted.

If you cancel a purchase on our webshop and have chosen financing as your payment method, your financing agreement will also be cancelled.

Our returns portal makes it easy for you to create a return. You simply need to enter your order number, choose which items you want to return, and complete the return. After that, you just need to drop off the package at your nearest GLS parcel shop.

When you create a return or exchange in our returns portal, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. When you return the item, it must be in the same condition as when it was purchased. You only pay DKK 45 for return shipping.
