SU-G700 WITH PRECISION AND HEADROOM

The SU-G700 is built around Technics’ JENO Engine, which works with digital amplification and jitter reduction. The design focuses on preserving the music’s fine details and dynamic nuances through precise signal processing.

The amplifier delivers 2 x 70 watts at 8 ohms and 2 x 140 watts at 4 ohms. With LAPC, it analyzes the electrical load of the connected speakers and adjusts its amplitude and phase response accordingly. This optimizes the interaction between amplifier and speakers. Separate sections for power supply, power amplification, and signal processing also limit mutual interference between the circuits.

SL-G700 GIVES YOUR MUSIC COLLECTION NEW POSSIBILITIES

The SL-G700 brings together playback of CD, SACD, and music via the network in one thoroughly designed music source. Here, both the physical music collection and digital music files have a central place in the system.

The player uses two AK4497 converters in a dual mono design with separate processing of the left and right channels. This construction reduces interference between the channels and supports precise reproduction of the music’s space and positioning. The special Pure Disc Playback function also makes it possible to turn off the network circuits during CD and SACD playback to limit electrical noise.
