DCP ARRAY, BERYLLIUM AND CARBON FIBER DRIVERS – INNOVATION MEETS PERFECTION
The S4b is equipped with Perlisten’s proprietary DPC array, consisting of a 28 mm beryllium tweeter flanked by two 28 mm TPCD (Thin Ply Carbon Diaphragm) domes. This configuration ensures controlled sound dispersion and minimal distortion, resulting in precise and detailed reproduction of the mid and high frequencies. The DPC array has been developed using advanced simulation tools to optimize acoustics and deliver an exceptional listening experience.
The 7" woofer is built using Perlisten’s advanced carbon fiber technology, which combines lightness and stiffness for precise bass response. The technology ensures deep, dynamic bass that complements the clear mids and highs. With a sensitivity of 85.4 dB and an impedance of 4 ohms, the S4b is designed to deliver high performance with a recommended amplifier power between 50 and 300 W RMS.
FLEXIBLE CABINET TUNING – TAILORED TO YOUR ROOM
The S4b offers flexible cabinet tuning, making it possible to choose between bass reflex and sealed cabinet. This allows you to tailor the sound to your preferences and the room’s acoustics. The bass reflex setting provides deeper and fuller bass, while the sealed cabinet setting offers tighter and more precise bass reproduction.
DESIGN AND MATERIALS – ELEGANCE AND FUNCTIONALITY
The S4b’s cabinet is constructed from high-density fiberboard (HDF) with internal bracing to minimize resonances and ensure clean sound reproduction. The elegant high-gloss finish in black or white adds a luxurious touch that fits into any interior. With dimensions of 42 cm (H) x 24 cm (W) x 18.5 cm (D) and a weight of 11 kg, the S4b is easy to place on stands or shelves without compromising performance.
