Intelligent construction and vibration-free performance

The D3is is engineered to perform at its best even under demanding conditions. The extruded aluminum cabinet provides high rigidity and efficient heat dissipation, while the integrated isolation brackets reduce the transfer of vibrations to the wall. The sealed cabinet principle (acoustic suspension) delivers a precise and linear bass response that is perfectly suited to both stereo and home theater systems.

Inside, three 8” drivers work with fiberglass composite diaphragms, massive magnets, and lightweight aluminum voice coils. The combination delivers fast, punchy, and detailed reproduction – both at low levels and when the movie or music demands maximum energy.

Power and control in one

The subwoofer is powered by an external 1,500 watt RMS amplifier that delivers ample power with full control. The amplifier is DSP-controlled and uses a 48-bit data processing engine combined with a 32-bit ARM Cortex M4 processor that monitors the signal in real time. This technology ensures low distortion, fast response, and stable performance – even under extreme load.

The amplifier features a 2.8” color touchscreen, and all functions can also be controlled via Perlisten’s intuitive app for iOS and Android. This makes it easy to adjust the low-pass filter, phase, EQ, and user profiles so the subwoofer can be tailored precisely to the room’s acoustics and the user’s preferences.

Flexibility and customization

The D3is offers the same flexible settings as Perlisten’s larger models. With three factory presets (THX, Boost, and Cut), the sound can be tailored for everything from small listening rooms to large home theaters. The advanced 10-band EQ allows precise fine-tuning of the frequency response, while variable phase settings and low-pass filters ensure perfect integration with the main speakers.

Designed to be seen – or not at all

Perlisten D3is is as beautiful as it is functional. The slim extruded aluminum cabinet is available in piano lacquer or matte black and can be mounted both on-wall and in-wall.
