The 2MR Black LVB 250 uses a Nude Shibata diamond on a boron cantilever – a combination known from the acclaimed MC Cadenza Black cartridge. The cantilever is extremely stiff and light, providing a transparent, fast and reactive sound. The slim and highly polished profile of the Nude Shibata stylus provides a wide contact surface for the groove walls and ensures a remarkably detailed reproduction throughout the frequency spectrum – even at the highest frequencies.

Jeg har netop opgraderet nålen på min 2M Black til en Black LVB 250, og forandringen er intet mindre end fantastisk. . Lyden er blevet markant større, og jeg opdager detaljer, jeg aldrig før har bemærket (basisten på en Oscar Peterson plade nynner pludselig med, hvilket giver mening, det swinger helt vildt). 2M Black er en fremragende pickup, men LVB 250 er den bedste MM-pickup, jeg har oplevet. Den leverer en stor lyd, fine detaljer og frem for alt, en uimodståelig trang til at vippe med foden - ren musiknydelse for pengene.
