The 820S is equipped with two specially developed toroidal transformers – one for the analog circuits and one for the digital circuits – ensuring both lower electrical losses and more efficient energy transfer. Each section has an advanced filter design, where large capacitors and dual choke inductors reduce noise from the mains supply.

The proprietary M-R2S voltage regulation uses discrete components rather than standard regulator chips, providing ultra-precise and stable DC power with virtually immeasurable noise levels. Combined with 4-layer circuit boards with pure copper traces, this achieves shorter signal paths and a further reduction in electrical noise.
