JBL Stage 240H – Compact universal speaker for both music and home cinema

JBL Stage 240H is a compact universal speaker designed to deliver an impressive sound experience in both music and home cinema setups. It is particularly well suited for use as a side/rear/height speaker in a surround system that supports Dolby Atmos, DTS:X and Auro-3D, where it adds a height dimension that makes films and music even more vivid and immersive. The versatile design makes it easy to mount the speaker on top of JBL's Stage 260F and Stage 280F, but it can also be mounted on walls or the ceiling if you prefer.

Dolby Atmos® height speaker module

Stage 240H is equipped to function as a Dolby Atmos® height speaker module that can add an extra dimension to your home cinema. This speaker can easily be mounted on the wall or ceiling and is designed to be connected to Stage 260F and Stage 280F floorstanding speakers via dedicated binding posts. This makes it possible to create a more immersive and realistic sound experience, where sounds move overhead to add an extra dimension to films and music.

Advanced audio technology

JBL Stage 240H is equipped with a 1" anodized aluminum dome tweeter in an advanced High-Definition Imaging (HDI™) waveguide. This technology ensures precise and detailed reproduction of high frequencies, both on and off axis. The woofer/midrange driver consists of a 4.5" ribbed polycellulose cone that produces deep and precise bass. 

Flexible and user-friendly

Stage 240H is a versatile speaker that offers detailed and dynamic sound. It performs optimally as part of a JBL Stage 2 setup, but can also be used as a standalone speaker in different setups. The integrated mounting options make it easy to place the speaker on the Stage 260F, 280F, the wall or the ceiling, so you can choose exactly the setup you want.

Unique 2-way crossover with lower distortion

Stage 240H uses a precision 2-way crossover that employs premium components such as air-core inductors and Mylar capacitors in the high-frequency section to reduce distortion and improve overall audio performance. The low-frequency section includes laminated-core inductors and electrolytic capacitors, which can handle more power and transmit energy faster, enhancing the system's performance.
