IsoAcoustics GAIA-TITAN Cronos Carpet Discs – stable mounting on carpet

IsoAcoustics GAIA-TITAN Cronos Carpet Discs are designed for GAIA-TITAN Cronos when your speakers or subwoofers are placed on thicker carpet or a rug with underlay. The integrated 15 mm spikes go through the carpet and make contact with the solid floor underneath. This gives the GAIA-TITAN Cronos isolators a stable foundation on the soft surface.

Carpet Discs do not change the GAIA-TITAN isolation itself. Instead, they ensure that the Cronos isolators have a stable base on carpeted floors.

GAIA-TITAN Cronos Carpet Discs for carpet

A thick or soft carpet can make it more difficult for GAIA-TITAN Cronos to achieve a stable connection to the surface underneath. Carpet Discs are placed under the Cronos isolators so the integrated spikes can go through the carpet and make contact with the solid floor below.

Carpet Discs are particularly relevant for thicker rugs and carpets with underlay. On thin carpets, they are normally not necessary, as the weight of heavy speakers typically compresses the carpet and creates a sufficiently stable surface.

15 mm stainless steel spikes

Each Carpet Disc is made of stainless steel and has a diameter of 99 mm and a total height of 22 mm. The integrated spikes are 15 mm long and go through the carpet so that GAIA-TITAN Cronos gets a stable connection to the solid surface underneath.

A set contains four Carpet Discs and therefore fits one speaker or subwoofer with four GAIA-TITAN Cronos isolators. If you have a stereo set with four isolators under each speaker, you will need two sets of Carpet Discs.
