Ediscreation Net Silent Standard is a hi-fi router developed specifically for music streaming and digital audio systems. While traditional network routers must handle many different network tasks at the same time, Net Silent is designed with one purpose: to deliver a stable, low-noise network signal to your hi-fi system.

The combination of audio-optimized hardware, specially developed firmware, and a multi-stage linear power supply creates optimal operating conditions for music servers, streamers, and DACs. The result is a dedicated network foundation for serious streaming solutions.

Developed exclusively for audio

Net Silent Standard is developed with a focus on digital audio. Features that do not contribute to music streaming have been deliberately omitted. Among other things, built-in Wi-Fi has been removed to reduce radio-frequency noise and electrical interference in the router.

It provides a more stable operating environment for music servers, streamers, and DACs, as well as a dedicated network for digital music playback.

Audio-optimized firmware

The specially developed firmware prioritizes network traffic related to music streaming over general network tasks. At the same time, the network speed can be adjusted via the firmware, allowing the router to be adapted to different systems and setups.

It provides a targeted solution for hi-fi streaming compared with traditional routers.

OCXO clock and linear power supply

Net Silent Standard uses an integrated OCXO clock with high frequency stability and very low jitter. Together with a multi-stage linear power supply, where the individual circuits are regulated separately, stable operating conditions are created throughout the router.

At the same time, the audio-optimized toroidal transformer contributes low electromagnetic noise and a stable power supply.

Reduces electrical noise in the network

The Ground Isolation Switch is designed to reduce electrical noise that can be transmitted through ground connections from the modem or main router. Together with the optical SFP input and the audio-optimized Neutrik LAN connectors, electrical interference between the network's devices is limited.

It creates a quieter foundation for digital music streaming.

Built for serious streaming solutions

The chassis is CNC-machined from aluminum and combines mechanical stability with effective shielding of the internal circuits. Integrated cooling elements and vibration-damping feet support stable operation.

Net Silent Standard is developed as the center of a dedicated streaming network and can be combined with products such as Silent Switch OCXO II and Fiberbox III.
