Aurender A20 combines a music server, DAC, network streamer and headphone amplifier in one elegant solution. It is built on the same DAC platform as the flagship A30 and delivers the same sound quality, but in a simpler version without CD ripping and an internal hard drive from the factory.

Same DAC platform as the A30

Aurender A20 uses the same dual-mono AKM4497 DAC design as the Aurender A30. Each channel operates separately, improving channel separation and helping preserve detail, spaciousness and musicality.

Music is reproduced with a calm and natural character, where voices and instruments are placed freely in the soundstage. This makes the A20 an attractive solution for listeners who want a streamer with DAC at a high level.

Streaming and music library gathered in one place

You can stream directly from services such as TIDAL and Qobuz or build your own music library with internal SSD or HDD drives. The two user-installable storage bays provide the freedom to adapt the system to your needs.

If you prefer music streaming only, the storage bays can remain empty. If you want local storage for high-resolution music files, the system can be expanded when the need arises.

Can function as a DAC and preamplifier

A20 has both balanced XLR and RCA outputs with variable volume control. This makes it possible to connect it directly to a power amplifier or active speakers and use it as the digital control center in your system.

This provides a simpler signal path and reduces the need for extra components in the hi-fi system.

Developed for pure signal processing

The linear power supply uses four separate toroidal transformers that deliver power to the various circuits. At the same time, FPGA-based clock technology and the precise OCXO clock ensure stable timing and low jitter.

This creates better working conditions for the DAC section and contributes to a calmer, more focused and detailed sound image.

Ready for both streaming and external sources

A20 has four digital inputs, making it possible to connect a CD transport, TV or other digital sources. These signals are processed through the internal DAC and benefit from the same signal processing as streaming and local music playback.

This makes the Aurender A20 a flexible hub in both modern streaming systems and classic hi-fi systems.

Elegant design and simple operation

The cabinet is made of solid aluminum and follows Aurender's well-known design language. The front display provides a clear overview of music and system information, while the Aurender Conductor app brings together streaming, music library and control in one interface.
