PURE PROCESSING POWER

AVP45 is designed as a pure AV processor without internal power amplification. This allows maximum focus on signal processing, low noise, and optimal integration with dedicated power amplifiers, such as the ARCAM PA9.

The internal DAC architecture is based on the same platform as ARCAM’s flagship stereo components and delivers transparent and precise digital conversion with wide frequency response and low distortion.

TOTAL FLEXIBILITY WITH MATRIX CHANNEL ASSIGNMENT

Matrix Channel Assignment provides complete freedom to configure the channels exactly to suit the system’s needs. Whether the installation requires multiple subwoofers, extra height channels, or alternative surround placements, the AVP45 can be adapted without limitations.

Up to 16 channels can be processed simultaneously, making the model ideal for the most advanced immersive configurations.

REFERENCE-LEVEL IMMERSIVE SOUND

Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, IMAX Enhanced, and Auro-3D ensure three-dimensional sound with realistic height information and precise placement in the room.

Dirac Live analyzes and corrects the room’s frequency and phase behavior and optimizes integration between speakers and subwoofers. The result is a coherent, dynamic, and precise soundstage tailored to the specific room.

PROFESSIONAL SIGNAL INTEGRITY

All 16 channels are available via balanced XLR outputs, ensuring maximum signal integrity and minimal noise interference in larger installations. In addition, there are 16 unbalanced RCA outputs for broad compatibility.

With 5V RMS on the XLR outputs, the AVP45 delivers a robust signal level even for demanding power amplifiers.

ADVANCED HDMI PLATFORM

HDMI 2.1a supports 8K/60Hz and 4K/120Hz as well as HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and HLG. Features such as VRR and ALLM make the unit just as relevant for high-end gaming as for serious movie viewing.

Zone 2 HDMI output provides flexibility in larger multi-zone solutions.

STREAMING AND NETWORK

AVP45 supports Apple AirPlay, Google Cast, Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect, Qobuz Connect, and is Roon Ready. Hi-res audio up to 24 bit / 192 kHz as well as DSD up to 128 is played back without compromise.

Bluetooth 5.4 with Auracast and Snapdragon Sound provides flexible wireless integration.

DESIGN AND USER INTERFACE

The 6.5” color display shows metadata and album art in high resolution. Operation and configuration are handled via the ARCAM Radia app, which provides access to streaming services, presets, and network functions.

The cabinet reflects ARCAM’s classic British aesthetic with solid construction and understated elegance.
