Behind the I-588’s powerful specifications lies a thoroughly refined circuit design. The latest Pascal Class D module with advanced UMAC modulation not only delivers clean and fast power, but does so with significantly lower noise and an almost non-existent output impedance. This gives the speakers exactly the energy they need – nothing more, nothing less.

POWER SUPPLY WITH MUSICAL INTELLIGENCE

The I-588 is equipped with a resonant mode power supply that operates on pure sine waves rather than the typical square impulses. When the dynamics in the music increase, the power supply automatically adjusts its frequency and delivers high peak power without distortion. The combination of low noise and high precision creates a foundation where the music can breathe freely and effortlessly.

VOLUME CONTROL WITH THE FEEL OF MECHANICAL PERFECTION

On the front, you will find the iconic titanium-knurled control wheel. Behind it is an optical shaft connected to a digital encoder, which controls the volume in 76 ultra-precise steps – completely without affecting the analog signal. Volume adjustment does not just feel precise, it is precise.

YOUR SOUND – YOUR SYSTEM

The fully analog crossover system makes it possible to adjust high-pass and low-pass filters independently. With this flexibility, you can add an active subwoofer, relieve the main speakers of deep bass, and create better efficiency and clarity in the midrange. This functionality makes the I-588 ideal for both classic stereo setups and advanced systems with external power amplifiers.

NOISE COMBATED WITH SCIENTIFIC PRECISION

Aavik I-588 uses a combined noise-reducing network consisting of no fewer than 108 active Tesla coils, 240 active square Tesla coils, and 7 anti aerial resonance coils. These components work together to neutralize both electrical and airborne noise – delivering an unprecedented sense of calm and focus in the soundstage.

SIGNAL CLARITY MADE EVEN CLEARER

Ansuz's third-generation analog dither technology is integrated into 10 independent circuits in the I-588. These create anti-phase pulses that reduce background noise and significantly enhance musicality. The technology originally comes from radar – but here it is used to open up the soundstage, improve depth perspective, and bring out micro-details that would normally disappear.

The I-588 is the result of the creative collaboration between Flemming Erik Rasmussen and Michael Børresen.
