UFPD 2 - the next generation of Primare amplification

The Primare I35 DAC is based on Primare's own UFPD 2 amplifier technology, which further develops the design that made the I32 one of the brand's most acclaimed integrated amplifiers.

The new platform operates linearly across the entire frequency range and combines high efficiency with low distortion, high current capacity, and precise control. The result is a natural, well-balanced sound with great dynamics and impressive headroom - whether you listen to acoustic music, rock, or orchestral works.

Advanced digital section

The integrated DM35 DAC makes the Primare I35 DAC a complete digital control center. The amplifier is equipped with six digital inputs as well as USB-B for computer-based music playback.

USB-B supports PCM signals up to 32-bit/768 kHz as well as DSD256, while the optical and coaxial inputs handle resolutions up to 24-bit/192 kHz. This provides great flexibility for connecting streamers, CD transports, TVs, and computer-based music libraries.

Power for even demanding speakers

With 150 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 300 watts per channel into 4 ohms, the Primare I35 DAC delivers ample power reserves for both compact bookshelf speakers and large floor-standing speakers.

The efficient power supply combined with UFPD 2 technology ensures high dynamics, precise bass reproduction, and effortless control – even when the music places great demands on the amplifier.

Flexible connections

In addition to the digital inputs, the Primare I35 DAC is equipped with two balanced XLR inputs and three analog RCA inputs for traditional hi-fi sources.

In addition, both a variable Pre Out and a fixed Line Out are available, making it easy to integrate power amplifiers, active speakers, or recording equipment as part of the system.
