Inverted Darlington – muscle power with finesse

At the heart of the A-50 is the three-stage Inverted Darlington amplifier circuit, which is designed to deliver high current with extremely low distortion. This design provides a very low output impedance, ensuring firm control over the speakers and a bass response that is both tight and physically present. One of the A-50's greatest strengths is its built-in Dirac Live Room Correction in stereo. The system analyzes the acoustics of the room and corrects the frequency response to minimize unwanted resonances and unevenness, especially in the bass range. With an upgraded license, the correction can be extended to the entire frequency range, providing an even more accurate and balanced reproduction.
