Axxess L1 - Compact loudspeaker with advanced technology and exceptional musicality

The Axxess L1 is a compact loudspeaker developed and designed by the Børresen engineering team under the leadership of Michael Børresen and Flemming Erik Rasmussen. This loudspeaker has been created with the same overall criteria for sound and design philosophy as Børresen loudspeakers, and it delivers a listening experience in a special class.

Membranes with extreme stiffness and lightness

The speaker's diaphragm has been developed in-house by Børresen's skilled engineers and is designed to achieve maximum stiffness with minimal noise. The membrane consists of three layers laminated into a single unit: two layers of dispersed carbon fiber with a layer of aramid honeycomb spacers in between. This ensures a dynamic and precise sound reproduction.

Axxess magnet System

The L1 uses double copper jackets on the pole rings of the speaker's magnet motor to achieve high flux and low inductance. The careful engineering of the bass-midrange unit ensures that you experience music with exceptional clarity and depth.

Axxess Ribbon Treble

The tweeter's membrane is made of kapton, which is an incredibly lightweight material. Compared to a dome tweeter, it is 25 times lighter, and due to the principle of the ribbon tweeter, the range is twice as large. This ribbon tweeter technology ensures a more in-depth listening experience that brings you closer to the music.

A cabinet without distortion

The speaker's cabinet and front are made of nature-based composite material that eliminates sonic distortion and allows you to experience the music in its purest form.

Axxess Stand

The floor stand is also made of nature-based composite material and is inspired by Ansuz, Aavik and Børresen. It improves both the speaker's aesthetic appearance and its performance.
