All members receive an extra one-year warranty when the 2-year warranty expires. You simply need to be subscribed to our newsletters on the day of purchase and throughout the entire warranty period.

Did you make a purchase during Black November 2025 without being a member of the Customer Club?
Then hurry and sign up, and you will still get your extra one-year warranty. However, no later than 14 days after your purchase has been made.

If you unsubscribe from the newsletter before the 2-year warranty expires, you will lose access to the extra one-year warranty. The warranty does not apply to purchases of used equipment.

All you need to do is bring or send us a current advertisement, receipt, or a link showing the lower price, and we will refund the difference. Our price match does not only apply retroactively. It also applies if you have found the product cheaper at a competitor before your purchase. If you have found the product cheaper abroad, we also strive to match the price. You are therefore welcome to contact us, after which we will make an individual assessment of whether we can accommodate the request.

Although we always strive to be the cheapest, there are cases where we cannot offer price matching. This applies if the price is below our cost price, queue offers, limited quantity offers, grand opening offers, outlet products, member offers, or items that our competitors do not have in stock.
