The MOON 861 is based on a dual mono architecture, where each channel is driven by a separate circuit to achieve maximum channel separation, resulting in a more accurate and natural reproduction of the stereo perspective.

MDCA technology reduces distortion to an absolute minimum – measured at just 0.001% at full output – while the global feedback-free design delivers a more open and musical sound. With a signal-to-noise ratio of 119 dB and a damping factor of 900, even complex musical passages gain a rare combination of control, clarity and refinement.

DESIGN AND QUALITY

The MOON 861 is as impressive physically as it is sonically. With a cabinet measuring 48 cm wide, 21 cm high and 60 cm deep and weighing a whopping 70 kg, it exudes uncompromising quality and robustness.
