STREAMING AND DAC PERFORMANCE

The 390 builds on MOON's experience with award-winning DAC technology and integrates it into a complete streaming platform. The DAC handles PCM resolutions up to 32-bit/384 kHz as well as native DSD up to DSD256 and is fully MQA certified. This allows access to master-quality streaming from services such as TIDAL Masters and Qobuz Sublime+, while also being Roon Ready for seamless integration into advanced digital systems.

The built-in MiND2 module allows you to stream both locally stored files and online sources, while the multi-room function allows you to send signals to other MiND2 devices in the home.

ANALOG VERSATILITY AND PHONO STAGE

In addition to its digital features, the 390 features a fully configurable phono stage for both MM and MC pickups, allowing your vinyl collection to be integrated directly into your system. With an analog input impedance of 22 kΩ and a maximum input voltage of 5 V RMS, it can handle a wide range of sources, while a 10 dB gain ensures optimal signal matching.

HEADPHONE AMPLIFIER

The MOON 390 also features a dedicated headphone amplifier that delivers 100mW into 600 ohms, 200mW into 300 ohms and a whopping 0.8W into 50 ohms. This enables it to drive both light-powered and heavier high-end headphones with precision and redundancy.

DESIGN AND USER-FRIENDLY

At 43cm wide, 8.9cm high and weighing 10kg, the 390 is solidly built, yet still compact enough to fit into modern setups. Power consumption is optimised at 25W in operation and just 4W in low-power standby, combining high-end performance with efficiency.

The user interface is intuitive with a clear display, and MOON Hybrid Power (MHP) technology ensures stable operation regardless of power conditions. RS-232 and 12V trigger make it suitable for integration into advanced systems.
